In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "popwin" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at popwin.bio, operating as a provider of online casino games, sports betting, bingo, and related entertainment services for eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Services" means all games, wagering products, promotional offers, customer support, payment processing, and any other feature made available through the popwin platform.

• "Business Day" means any day excluding Sundays and Philippine national public holidays.

By registering an account with popwin, accessing the popwin platform, or placing any wager through popwin's services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and popwin regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter hereof.

popwin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the popwin platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Access to and use of the popwin platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or engage in any wagering activity on popwin. This age requirement is mandated under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines and is non-negotiable. popwin actively enforces this requirement through identity verification procedures.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your popwin login credentials. popwin will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. Single Account Policy: Operating multiple popwin accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

popwin accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts vary by channel and are displayed at the point of deposit within your popwin account wallet.

• Currency: All transactions on popwin are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Funding Restrictions: Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited.
• Deposit Limits: popwin may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per period. Limits may vary by payment method and player verification status.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit fails after funds have been debited from your payment account, contact popwin support with transaction reference details. popwin will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within a reasonable timeframe.
• No Deposit Fees: popwin does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, Maya) may apply their own transaction fees. Review your e-wallet terms before depositing.

popwin reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or restrict any deposit at its discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. popwin may request additional documents to satisfy AML obligations before approving a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment channel used for deposit. Exceptions may be made at popwin's discretion where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals.

• Processing Time: GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Business Day. First-time withdrawals may be subject to additional review and may take longer.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period apply and are displayed in the account wallet. Higher-tier VIP players may be subject to elevated limits.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements. Only funds satisfying applicable rollover conditions may be withdrawn as real money.

popwin reserves the right to suspend or delay withdrawal processing where account activity is under review for compliance, fraud, or Terms violations. popwin will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected Player where legally permissible.

popwin offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these general Terms. By claiming any popwin bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus-specific terms.

• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses carry rollover (wagering) requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real money. Rollover multipliers and eligible contributing games are specified in each promotion's terms.

• Expiry: Bonuses not activated or rollover requirements not met within the specified validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Amendments: popwin reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All games available on the popwin platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or help section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.

• Certified RNG: All popwin casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Game results are statistically random and are not subject to manipulation by popwin or any third party.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — popwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. popwin's decision in this regard is final.
• Erroneous Odds or Payouts: If a game or sportsbook market displays an obviously erroneous odds or payout figure due to a technical or human error, popwin reserves the right to void affected wagers and correct the error. popwin is not obligated to honor payouts resulting from manifest errors.
• Sports Betting: All sportsbook wagers are subject to popwin's sports betting rules, including rules governing in-play betting, void conditions, and result confirmation timelines. Wagers on postponed events will be voided and the stake returned unless an alternative outcome has been provided under the applicable market rules.
• Bet Acceptance: popwin reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any wager at its discretion, including for risk management purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the popwin platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on popwin, whether under your own name or a third party's name.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your popwin account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, fraud, or cheating in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the popwin platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, including using the popwin platform to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the popwin platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your popwin account credentials to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing popwin customer support staff or other players in any popwin chat interface.

All content on the popwin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game content, software, and interface designs — is the property of popwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the popwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any popwin content without prior written consent.
• Use any popwin logo, brand name, or trademark in any manner without express authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the popwin platform.

Any unauthorized use of popwin intellectual property may constitute a violation of intellectual property law and will result in immediate termination of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, popwin's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the popwin platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

popwin shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Loss of data or information.
• Interruptions to service resulting from circumstances beyond popwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, Philippine telecommunications network failures, force majeure events, or regulatory directives.

popwin makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Maintenance windows, system upgrades, and occasional outages may result in temporary service unavailability. popwin will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

popwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered popwin accounts at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your popwin account.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net gaming losses over a defined period to help manage your gambling expenditure.
• Wager Limits: Restrict the maximum stake permitted per individual wager.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated reminders after a defined period of continuous play to prompt you to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net account activity.

By popwin: popwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a regulatory directive requiring account closure.

Where an account is terminated for cause, popwin may retain any balance in accordance with Applicable Law. Where termination is for no-fault reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

Dispute Procedure: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to first raise their complaint with popwin's customer support team via live chat or email ([email protected]). popwin will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) Business Days of acknowledgment. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Relations Office in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.

popwin's decisions on matters of game results, bonus eligibility, account closure for cause, and Terms interpretation are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.

popwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, popwin will provide notice by one or more of the following means: a notification within the popwin platform interface, an email to the address registered on your account, or a banner on the popwin homepage.

The updated Terms will take effect on the stated effective date. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before that date. Continued use of the popwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The version of the Terms currently in force is identified by the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Archived prior versions of the Terms are available on request from popwin customer support.
